I’ve accessed your website but I could not locate any donation form on it. Can you send me a link to a page where there are donation forms so we can test it?

Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.
That will give me some more context to be able to help. Looking forward to helping you get to the bottom of this!

I tried to get the form included it wouldnt let me save my changes anywhere

The full system information didn’t make it – do you happen to see a message about a critical error on your site? Sometimes critical error can stop the system information from loading all the way.
Do you see any errors when you are trying to save the changes during donation form creation?
At the moment, I’m suspecting you either have a conflict with another plugin or theme, or that GiveWP was corrupted and needs to be removed and reinstalled. This is a best guess because I don’t have much information to go on.
If you could send along more details about the trouble you are seeing, that would help give me some traction. If you find it helpful, you can send along screenshots or use a free tool like Loom to create a screencast that walks us through what you are seeing. We need a bit more information to know which questions to ask, and which pieces of information we’ll need to move forward.
