Hello,

As a new version of MATOMO came out 2 days ago, I did update my plugin, but still no sign of change for the previous issue:

the Recap Tab ( the overview of daily visitors) is still stuck, and displays a 0…

Is this issue really going to be fixed any time soon? I am using WP Rocket 3.12.4

Feel free to raise your experience on that ticket with further details.
Are you able to provide us your system check for further review? How do I find and copy the system report in Matomo for WordPress?

Hello,

I did as suggested in the diagnosis tab from Matomo. here is the report down below.
Despite trying to do the iSecurity plugin setting as suggested, still no overall REPORT from Matomo’s Visitor’s tab.

What to do next?

@roro111 can you check your server log for any errors and share these please along with the system check.

You can copy both in here directly for us to review, there shouldn’t be any sensitive information. Or you can email it to us directly on hello@matomo.org. And reference this post.

Hello, thanks for the follow up. The copy/paste of System Check didn’t work .. file too big I guess. I will send it to you by mail, along with debug.log
