Sync problem between woocommerce and square

Hi,
I’ve been using square as the system of record on my woocommerce site and started experiencing issues syncing new products from square to my site in December 2022 after the Woocommerce Square plugin auto updated. When the plugin updated I got the message “All features in square for woocommerce have been disabled due to unsupported settings. Invalid OPcache config: please ensure the save_comments PHP option is enabled”
My hosting company updated the required setting and I was able to continue using the plugin. However ever since the plugin update I now have constant issues getting new products to sync. Every time a sync performs I get a “sync failed. Please try again” message.
How do I fix this?

As a first step, may I know which version of Square your site is using? To clarify, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
