Hi!

When my website is viewed on a mobile device, the page content is displayed, then the widgets are displayed.

Is there a way to show one or more of the widgets BEFORE the page content? Specifically, I’d like to have the Search box appear directly below the “Online Catalog” text and breadcrumb, and then the page content continuing with the “Welcome” message

Thanks for reaching us,

The option for moving the theme elements in the mobile devices is not available within the theme. However if you can code on your own it can be achieved via the child theme.
