Dashboard showing no pages or posts

Checked into my site this morning (analytics seem to say that it was working fine yesterday) and saw that the page navigation and recent post menus were completely missing from the sidebar for some reason.

I went into the Dashboard and it’s currently showing there to be 0 Posts and 0 Pages, however I can still find post content via the list of recent comments and manual input of page URLs show them to still have content.

Any ideas of how to fix this?
