    Hello,

    I’m running with php8. There is a critical issue alert in site health checking. The details as attached here: https://ibb.co/rptK32t

    Can you please advise how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

  • This has nothing to do with PHP, nor is it a critical error. This is simply just information from which no consequences of any kind arise. WordPress is just looking for a typical cache plugin. However, the LiteSpeed LScache plugin is not a typical cache plugin. Strictly speaking, it’s not a cache plugin either, because this plugin doesn’t cache anything, it’s just a control panel that controls the web server-based cache. However, WordPress shows you the cache headers typical of LiteSpeed, so you can ignore this information for the time being. However, LiteSpeed is working on making WordPress recognize the LScache plugin.

    @qtwrk, Report number: LADFMXPD

    I can see this: WARNING
    LSCache caching functions on this page are currently unavailable!

    It seems I need QUIC.cloud CDN?

    yes, your server is running on Apache , in order for LSCache to work , you will either need a LiteSpeed webserver or QUIC cloud CDN

    @qtwrk, According to @serpentdriver “…the LiteSpeed LScache plugin is not a typical cache plugin. Strictly speaking, it’s not a cache plugin either, because this plugin doesn’t cache anything,..”, I need cache plugin to speed up my site, so I have removed LiteSpeed LScache.

    Thank you!

    @cfm168

    You got that wrong. Of course it is cached, but not by the plugin but by the web server and that is 1000x better than a normal plugin cache.

    @serpentdriver – I see, Thank you!  Migrate a live site to a new web server is headache.

    @qtwrk – I want to keep my current webhost. Can I use LiteSpeed Cache plugin with The QUIC.cloud Free Plan? Can I get same speed as using  LiteSpeed webserver? I’m using google email for my domain, any problem if I change nameservers for the domain DNS record management?
