Can’t score up. maybe not work by cache?

I use the plugin with the site(https://www.kpopmonster.jp/)

it seems to work proper (lazy loading maybe ok) however can’t score up on Google speed insights. it means some resorce(youtube,adsense,analytics etc) appers on google speed insights

Could you check whether the plugin work proper and why can not score up?

I used this on other sites then It work proper.

Maybe cache effects…but i dont know root cause.
