Plugin functions

Hello! I’m interested in buying the plugin, can you confirm if it’s possible to add custom codes into the plugin. For example a voucher already exists physically and has a code attached to it, can i insert this custom code into the plugin to keep track of it? Also is it possible to subtract values from the gift card instead of using up the whole monetary amount at once?
