Mobile menu not working in astra

    I just discovered like a day ago that suddenly my mobile menu doesn’t work at my site anymore but it works fine on a regular computer. I’m using the astra theme. It worked fine until a few days ago. I would be really happy for some help.

    In case it helps, I had a similar problem with Astra’s normal menu, and the cause was LiteSpeed cache. It’s my understanding from researching the issue that, as of the time I am writing this, Astra is aware and working on how to resolve it.

    In the meantime, on my website the solution was to turn OFF the following setting: “LiteSpeed Cache” > “Page Optimization” > “JS Settings” > “JS Combine Internal and External” … then purge all the LiteSpeed cache.

    By doing so, my Page Load Time and PageSpeed Score were NOT impacted.

    I hope this helps someone else who comes across this support question page looking for “astra mobile menu not working” like I did 🙂

    My website menu is not working all the time on a smartphone. Menu is correctly displayed on the Desktop but not working in mobile.

    I have Astra Pro theme and using the Mountain website template. Now I am frustrated because my mobile menu is sometime works and some not working.

    Please resolve my problems

    Hi poddar,

    These are the support forums for the Max Mega Menu plugin, but It looks like you’re using the mega menu that is built into astra. You will need to contact your theme authors for help with that.

    I use WP Rocket. Disabled all File Optimization options.

    Hello,

    I am also facing the same problem.

    In my web version of website, totally all the Mega Menus are like disabled. it is not opening any submenu even after clicking on my menu name.

    Just for anyone else having this issue. I fixed this by disabling the Jetpack Boost plugin. Currently working out which part of that plugin broke it…
