Old error- spaces/ line breaks not returning

    This is the age old problem that I can see a multitude of previous posts about but no definitive answer.

    I used to use this

    < p align=”left”> </p>

    but when I upgraded to the latest version of WP this started working.

    Any suggestions? Why can’t the WP team fix this? I don’t want to appear ungrateful for their free amazing platform but it can do so many fantastic things but not deal with this v v simple issues.
