ct_cookies_type LocalStorage

    Hi there, I’ve added a Cookie Compliance plugin (Complianz) to a site I manage and it found this in LocalStorage:
    ct_cookies_type

    It doesn’t appear on cookiedatabase.org like the your other cookies do, so I don’t have information on the following:

    1) Expiration
    2) Cookie function
    3) Purpose

    Would you be able to let me know?

    Hello.

    The value of ct_cookies_type is stored exclusively in localStorgae and is not passed anywhere.

    1. Expiration – life time is unlimited

    2. Cookie function – it’s not a cookie

    3 Purpose – stores the data type (string) that will be used by the plugin to process data on the JavaSript side and then pass it to the backend (native(native cookies), alternative(php-session), none(localStorage))
