Hello. I’m having trouble getting the JKit – Gallery widget to display correctly. It doesn’t show up formatted in any of the browsers I’ve tried. I leave the link of the screenshots of how it looks and how it should look:

Also I leave you the URL in which the widget has to be seen.

I am not very clear what may be failing to make it look correctly. Could you help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dpa1996,

Can we find out what plugins you have activated? We assume that this is a cache issue or a site optimization issue being performed. We recommend you disable all plugins except Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit (or other Elementor Addons plugins) and disable cache or site optimization if any, to see if the issue still persists or not.

We will wait for further news from you.

    Thank You

Hello. I have tried to deactivate all the plugins that my website uses (except elementor) and the problem still persists. I have also tried deleting the cache and the plugin that manages the cache.

I have been testing on different formats and have been able to find out that the problem appears only on certain screen resolutions.

For example, my mobile phone (vertically) is visible, however, if I put the mobile horizontally it is no longer visible. I also find this problem in the tablet versions, and in the adaptation to the screen resolution for laptops.

    Hello @dpa1996,

Thanks for the information and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience, we have been able to replicate this issue on our end. To fix this, there are 2 ways can do it. The first way you can configure the Column option on each device (for more details, please see the image below).

For the second, you can replace some of the files in the Jeg Elementor Kit with the files in the link below (Please follow the file path listed).

    ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/class/assets/class-asset.php
    File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17Fva84dkPW0UCP5ckAbib_y6Ar4f8-sK/view?usp=share_link

    ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/assets/js/elementor/editor-support.js
    File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qrJmhE-TBSsTU9ITOYRSbPyh9dWl_Bc3/view?usp=share_link

This fix will be included in a future update, but we haven’t specified when we will update the plugin. We hope you can patiently wait for it.

    Thank You

Hello. I think that the problem has been solved correctly, for the moment, with the first solution offered, although just in case I have also left the codes that you give me updated in the hosting.
