pop up image is blank

    I correctly see my gallery but when i click on image to see a pop up with the bigger image the popup is blank

    Hi @fioryp,

    It seems that you use a third party lightbox for your NGG images – the one that comes from Gmedia Photo Gallery plugin. We suggest disabling it and using NGG’s lightbox instead.

    Just as a reminder that you can select NGG’s lightbox effect from “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox Effects”
