Pages going blank.

Hi,

I have started to try and create themes for wordpress, i have created a theme now which works most of the time but some links send me to blank pages. Such as clicking on the log out link above the comment form i get sent to a blank page, it also happens when i try and delete a post or comment in the admin part of wordpress. I haven’t edited any of the files in wp-admin, but i have re-made most if not all of the files inside of the theme file.

If you can help with just this explanation that would be great, also i have only been working on it locally if that could be a problem?
