Card Delay Capture

We are a company that makes products to order. My issue comes when we plan to sell retail. The customer will submit their order via Woocommerce on our site. It will take 6 weeks for us to fill that order. All of the preauth options end after 7 and at most 30 days. So how do I capture the card number and then capture payment 6 weeks later? I do not want to have to invoice all customers at the later date for payment and am trying to avoid taking payment up front because of the long delay. Any ideas?
