    Hi

    Whenever I try to fetch stock from Square on variable products I get the following error:

    “Error finding item in Square. Please mark product as un-synced and save, then synced again.”

    I have tried un-syncing the product, saving and re-syncing.

    Woocommerce is system of record. The problem seems to have occurred after updating the database to the most current version.

    I understand that you’re unable to fetch stock from Square for some variable products and receives the following error message above.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
