    Hi,

I use your plugin for my various clients, but this is the first time that I find myself faced with this case. As soon as I click to send the test email, I get a critical error that pops up. Can you tell me what to do to fix this problem?

    Thank you

  • Hi there @mistraldesign,

You would need to enable WordPress Debugging in order to find out more information about the error. A Critical Error can be caused by a lot of different things, and the message itself is used to hide the real error from public view. If you enable Debugging in WordPress, that should help shed light on what is causing the problem by providing you with the real error message.

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @mistraldesign,

It looks like the problem you’re running into has to do with the Timetable plugin. The error is referring to code in that plugin. You can try disabling it to see if that gets rid of the issue for you.

    I hope that helps!
