I have tried to follow the steps, but it still getting regular price when create admin order. For example the user I have set as an agent, product regular price is 100, agent price 80, when create order for the agent, I still get 100 instead of 80.

The role-based pricing or adjustments will work for the backend orders if you have followed the steps. We have attached a video reference for the same scenario that we tested in our system. Kindly go through the same and let us know your results.
