    When I edit a product and want to update the stock quantity I get the following error.

    Error finding item in Square. Please mark product as un-synced and save, then synced again.

    This only seems to happen on items that I have a size variation on. I did change the way the variation is setup, i.e. I changed “Small” to “S”

    I have tried un-syncing the product, saving and re-syncing. I also tried removing all items from Square and reimporting them all.

    Woocommerce is where I make all product changes as it’s the primary sales channel and all products are created in there.

    I’m not getting any errors in the woocommerce logs.

    I understand the error is visible after editing a variation.

    Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. This is for us to get a better idea about the site’s configuration.

    Can you head to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and check the box to ‘Enable Logging‘ and save the settings, please?

    Once saved, please try syncing again and then navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, make sure to use the drop down provided to find a ‘Square’ log, Select it and click ‘View’ to view the log. You can paste the log generated in your response.
