I added 2 new products to my WooCommerce / wordpress website today.

I can see this message on top:

Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while.

This message will not go away.

I cleared transients and optimised my database too.

I’ve been waiting for hours now for this message to go away but it’s still there.

How could I check if the images are still in-fact being optimised or whether this message is an error?

I do not see any thing related to image optimisation in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions -> Pending

Also – there is no entries for today under WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions -> Failed
