Weird Characters In New Articles

    I have had this issue for several months on all of my domains. Some of the news URLs are showing weird characters so I cannot access page, ando thers work fine.

    Apparently it shouldn’t look like that. Some posts show like the above and others show perfect like

    How do I fix it so that all posts show properly again without the weird characters in URL?
