Is the gallery on the page using default Global options? If yes, is the redirect to URL setting enabled in Photo Gallery -> global settings?
If it is not using the default option – how is “action on image click” setting configured for this particular gallery shortcode?

Could you also kindly specify if Redirect URLs are set for each picture in the individual Gallery settings – please go to all galleries and edit the gallery inserted on your page to access this setting

@nikitaanisimov Oh, I think I understand why the redirect does not work. I assumed that it would work according to the default principle as in wp – open the attachment page. If you paste a link in that field, then everything works
