database plugin

Hi everyone,
i’m working on a wordpress website, and i’ve to make a sort of database in which site’s users can go into and insert data. i try to explain better: i’m talking about a movie competition website in which 30 jurors every day have to communicate me their votes and i’ve to pubblish the average. Is there a way to do something with a plugin? I’d like to avoid to receive tons of email and i want to create something more automized.
