Change offset for animations

Hello! I found something about progress bar duration here on the forum (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-speed-of-progress-bar/).

Do you know if i can do something “similar” for the animations ? I need to set an offset because as soon as a block is visible, even with 10px visibility (at this point it’s only padding ..), the animation starts.

Would be nice to trick it with JS if there’s no global variable 🙂
