    Hi there,

    I set up a new newsletter in mail poet 3. People can register, everything works but no confirmation mal is being sent. Why is that?

    Thanks for contacting MailPoet, happy to help.

    When you say “everything works”, does that mean you are able to send emails out via MailPoet?

    Here’s a bit more info on how the confirmation email works: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/137-the-signup-confirmation-tab

    Note that it’s not automatically required if you are using a 3rd party sending service.

    Hi and thank you for your kind reply,

    “everything works” means you can subscribe to my newsletter, your Mail address will be in my abonnements list but you won’s receive a confirmation list.

    So I do not know wether I am able to send Mails via Mailpoet even though I use the Mailpoet sending service.

    What can I do?

    I realizied there is no check box in settings/basics/confirmation email/activate confirmation email in my mailpoet3. Could this be a reason?

    When I started Mailpoet 3 everythink worked fine for some weeks. Then I received an error message saying: ““Der MailPoet Sending Service wurde auf deiner Website vorübergehend ausgesetzt, wegen einer herabgesetzten E-Mail-Lieferbarkeit”.

    From then on no mails were sent.

    I deactivated Mailpoet 3, installed it completely new and started list, form and welcome e-mail from scratch. But still the same: no mails are being sent.

    What is wrong there? Please help!
