Thanks for the template file, we can duplicate it.
We notice that the CSS z-index assigned to the Section is set to 0. We looked for which option created that value, but we couldn’t find one. Do you know something?

For now, we have a quick fix, you can assign any z-index value to the Section that contains the Nav Menu widget. For details, please see the image below.
