    Hello.

    Until a few days ago the Jkit search form worked correctly. Currently it has stopped working on computers, while for mobile devices it still works.

    I have tried disabling the web plugins to rule out that there were no incompatibilities with another plugin, but this has not fixed anything.

    I would need help to solve this problem

    Hello @dpa1996,

    Can you tell us what browser you are using? Have you tried it in another browser or another computer? For other browsers, we recommend at least using Chrome and Firefox and trying it in Private/Incognito mode.

    If it still doesn’t work, can we find out your site? so that we can check it directly on our side. If not, usually there will be an error that appears in the browser console if something strange happens to the site you open, can you copy/screenshot it and give it to us?

    Hi,
    I’ve updated the thread so you can see the page I’m having trouble with.

    I have tried to view the page from different browsers but the problem continues to occur.

    We apologize for our delay in responding and thank you for the link you provided. We have checked your site, and after our investigation, it turns out there is a bug where it will only occur when using 2 or more Search widgets.

    Today we’ve updated the plugin to v2.5.11, and a fix for this issue is included. We hope you can try updating the plugin to resolve this issue.

    Before updating a plugin, we recommend that you back up your data first so it can be recovered in case of any unwanted errors.
