Remove default Home link from Nav

    Hi Folks,

    There are two links in my nav (http://fruit.vrmworks.com/) that I do not want:
    1) the first Home link, which is the default of the system
    2) Recent Post, which is the dumping ground for post information

    Theme used: Twenty Ten
