    Import an existing backup of the project. The current installation is considered unsafe due to the hack and should not be used any further.

    I have already deleted the infected files but I still cannot seem to login in the wp-admin

    You never know what is infected after an attack. This can be files as well as the database itself. Even image files could be manipulated. Therefore you can’t tell at all why what doesn’t work. You have an unstable system in front of you that you should replace with a clean backup.
