Hello, I have been getting a critical error, specifically: “A critical error has occurred on the site. Additional instructions have been provided in an email sent to the site administrator’s email address”, but i am not receiving that email.

I already disabled all the plugins, found the one that was causing this issue and even contacted that plugins support about it (a lot of stuff on my site is based on that plugin so I cant just disable it and continue working). The support replied and they wish to see the email i should be sent after receiving that error but i didnt receive it (if I did I wouldn’t be disabling and enabling all the plugins i have).
I should probably mention that the error appears whenever i try to edit the website with Elementor and the plugin that is causing this issue is Premium Addons for Elementor.

Basically I would like to receive that email or its content to keep fixing the problem.

  • Hi, maybe your email is not set as the administrator email.
You can change that in “Settings” -> “General”
If you still do not recieve the email try getting the error message through the debug.log in /wp-content/debug.log
If debug.log does not exist, please activate debugging

Thank you, i managed to debug it.

Can you please share your solution?

Do you mean the error message or the solution to the whole problem? I am now waiting for that plugin support to respond after i sent them the error message.
Sorry, i might have worded it wrong in my previous message here, i only meant that i managed to access the error message.
