I have other sites with your theme not updated to the latest version and the error is not returned.

If so what plugin are you using?

Yes, I use Loco Translate and have not had any problems until yesterday.
I also use it on other sites and with the old version of the theme I don’t detect any anomalies.
Disabling the plugin does not fix the problem.

Just to test if my theory is right, could you please deactivate the Loco Translate plugin and see if the error is still there?

Actually this seems like an issue that comes from one of your translation strings.
Did you somehow translated the text “%sSorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.%s” without adding the %s symbol at the beginning and at the end of the sentence?
