this error “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent” should be something else, not related to layout issue
I got this error on my own site as well but nothing breaks , just still can’t find a pattern for how/when this error is triggered
advanced preset would come with some “aggressive” setting , please give it a try on “basic” first, if it works fine on basic , then we can pretty much narrow it down to the options comes with advance , then we will see what to do next.
I’ve got the same problem, I’ve disabled Litespeed features until a fix is found or update released.
We do have the same error ..
@batcom : Which features do you have disabeld to make the error disappear?
ok I found out, if it is of any interest for sb: I disabled the guest mode and the error disappered, it is not a great solution thought

We have the same warning message in our STDERR.LOG with or without the guest mode. We are doing some tests to see what feature is causing the issue.
