for this website the domain philsgranola.gr plays from the server linux100.papaki.gr and the emails from the server linux54.papaki.gr.
we have set the settings correctly in smtp plugin
however randomly for some orders when an order status is changed to “completed” this triggers a new email to be sent
for example this order was submitted on 25th november and when the status was changed to “completed” it triggered a new email to be received on 29th november
please help

Completed, is that correct?On my personal site, the behavior is the same. I replicated the scenario: changed the status of an order from
ProcessingtoCompleted, and an email was sent to the receiver.
