    Hello,
I’ve been using Woocommerce for several months on my online store : dismoidesmotu.fr
Based in Polynesia, I wanted to offer the possibility to my customers to see the prices in € and XPF except that, using the “multi-currency” feature, the calculation is very bad on the shipping costs (multiplying them by about 100 000, which is a lot!)
When I test with other currencies, it works.
I have a problem with the settings as you can see on my screenshot.
    Thanks for your help,
    Savinien
    (1€ should be 119,33 xpf)

  • Hi @savinienn

I am unable to see any screenshot in your ticket, can you please share it again?. https://snipboard.io/ is a good tool for sharing them here.

Would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that I can check for any red flags there?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Thanks!
