How to sync products created manually

    Hi Facebook Team,

    Good day.

    We have created items for our Facebook Catalog manually.
    And then used that items for our cart. Later on, we also sync our website to our Facebook business and it is connected properly. As we are waiting for the result, we noticed that there are no events being triggered, upon checking it may be because of the product we manually created and the product in our website is not matched. May I know please on how can I specify my WooCommerce product to use this manually created items in our Facebook catalog? We want as much as possible to connect this if there is a way instead of removing or deleting the manually created product as we already have some information from our ads.     We have created items for our Facebook Catalog manually…

    Please be advised, that the Facebook for WooCommerce extension is created to help you sync products from WooCommerce to Facebook. On the other hand, it does not sync from Facebook to WooCommerce.

    I hope this provides clarity. If I misunderstood something, let me know.
