Can’t open orders

I am having an issue with my WordPress. Everything works fine except when I try to open a customers order. It throws a error 500. I have checked my files, turned debug on and haven’t found a problem except some plugins. Deactivated all plugins not related to ordering off my website and it still throws the code. I backdated my woocommerce and WordPress and still no change.

I understand your site is throwing an error when opening an order from WooCommerce > Orders.

Could you please share with us the following?
- A copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Screenshot of the error/behaviour
- It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

I don’t know how to upload images on this thread. But essentially, my order screen takes forever to load and it is only showing 1 order instead of 4. when I click on the one order to open it… it takes forever then throws.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hi, I found the plugin that was causing the error, which was Point of Sale for Woocommerce. Looks like I will have to find another plugin that can give me that feature as I am starting sales at markets and looking at a brick and mortar store, but also need the online order feature as well. Thanks
