    I installed the plugin but a message appears saying that to use the plugin the Woocommerce version needs to be in 5.3, and the latest version is 5.1.

    Because of this, the plugin does not open the “facebook” tab within “Marketing”.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this error?

    I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem, WooCommerce version 5.3 was released more than a year ago. If you’re still running it, then please update to the latest version as we can only support the last two releases.

    Could you also please attach a screenshot of that error as well as your system status report?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thank you for attaching the screenshot.

    As I mentioned, WooCommerce 5.3 was released more than a year ago. The latest version is 7.1.0.

    Please update WooCommerce and its database to the latest version and the error should be gone. You can check the following guide on how to update WooCommerce safely: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/
