Importing Old Posts From Other CMS

    A long long time ago I used a CMS (if you could even call it that) called Newspro. I have lots of old files (they’re actually .cgi files), each containing 1 post and its comments. The format looks like this:

    72|POSTERSNAME|POSTTITLE|0|2|15|2004|12|38|12|PM|0|0|173|no|yes|open|||no
    0.0.0.0|I
    POSTPARAGRAPHONE|*||*|POSTPARAGRAPHTWO

    COMMENTER1NAME|148.243.56.11|||0|2|15|2004|2|38|16|PM|COMMENT1BODY
    COMMENTER2NAME|67.114.130.31||http://www.highsocietyrecords.com|0|2|15|2004|3|2|32|PM|COMMENT2BODY

    Is there any way to parse these old posts and convert them into a format that would be importable into WordPress? Any advice/suggestions at all would be much appreciated. Thanks!
