    Hi, try to go to your website to get support (i’m a paying member) but the site is down I believe, start trying around 11 this morning till now but get message site is not available.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    thanks for reaching out.

    We can access our site without problems, and our monitoring tool confirms that others can.

    Do you see a specific error message?

    Hi Thomas,

    I tried it now on Firefox and it did work fine (made a support form right away 😉) but in Chrome it still gives an error strange enough…

    Hi Sandra,

    happy to read that it works. I tested in Firefox and Chrome, different locations, and also with an ad blocker and it works.

    Looking at your support case next.
