[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery

Is there any user guide for Next Gen?
I can upload pictures but what is a gallery, an album? How can I insert an image into a post after it has been uploaded with NextGen from my laptop? I can see it in NextGen but how to insert it?
