I’m trying to connect to WooCommerce but I keep getting this error code during setup: There was a problem connecting this site to WordPress.com: “The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://www.angeluchocopacabana.com [HTTP 500]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.com/support/”

I have tried disabling all plugins and I also changed my site settings to be https://

Not sure what else to do. Everything seems to be compatible.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @angelucho

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please try to reconnect and reinstall Jetpack as instructed on this support documentation: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/?

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Let us know how it goes!
