Plugin error

Hello.
I have installed your plugin, but nothing happens on the page. It doesn’t show up at all 🙁

I would like it to appear at the top of the cart and checkout below this text or above this text.
Cart > Customer information > order completed

I would also like it to appear at the top of the mini cart widget above the product.
