Events Not Displaying/Updating

    I have tried updating existing events, as well as create new events and they are not being reflected on the live calendar page. Also, the format of the “add new” events has changed and I can no longer select a date and time. Please help!

    Hi @betsyjoye, it seems like you’re still using the v1 legacy view. Could you confirm that under Events → Settings → Display → Use Updated Calendar Designs?

    Note that if you are using our Legacy views which we do not provide support for anymore due to bugs like these that are complicated for us to track down and fix.

    Please take a look at the article above about why we are no longer supporting that version of our codebase.

    It would be good if you could update to the latest version of the plugin. To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
