• Hello,

I need help to fix an issue with my wordpress/woocomemrce store casings too many admin ajax requests as seen in the logs. https://snipboard.io/3GPWb5.jpg

My server host says there are some things that need to be optimized on the application level and will have to consult with WordPress in order to make these pages optimize and execute quickly. I have already made the changes from the server’s end.

“Furthermore, now the admin-ajax requests and other elements are related to your application and are optimizations that you will need to achieve from your end.”

I have upscaled the server and it is of the perfect size. However, please see that it alone won’t resolve the issue that you’re facing. I would strongly recommend you to consult with WordPress now for the slow pages, website optimization, and admin ajax requests.

    I have done the following:
    -Upgraded my server
    -Using heartbeat (modify at 300)
    -Blocking spammy IPs & bots
    -Disabled WP_cron & added it to Cloudways: https://snipboard.io/iCZt5x.jpg & https://snipboard.io/QaiSrw.jpg
    -Use cloudways CDN (free)
-Use WP- Rocket for cache (settings optimised by WP rocket customer support)

I have read soo many articles on how to fix this problem, but I have followed them (since they mostly talk about cache, heartbeat, upgrading the server), but the high admin ajax requests are still there.

    Can someone please help?

  • Hi,

All the support here is voluntary and it seems likely that the help you need is beyond that.

Also without a URL it is very unlikely anyone can give meaningful help at all – BUT be aware – if you post your URL here it is public and the moderators will not remove it in the future.

If you want paid help you can try https://jobs.wordpress.net/
