Urgent – LearnPress – Payment Plugin Issue

We have 12+ clients in Palestine regions where they have bank account in Arabbank and some other located in Palestine, so Paypal, Stripe, 2checkout, Authorized.net, Payoneer and such popular/non-popular plugins doesn’t work, because THEY SIMPLY DO NOT ALLOWING TO ADD ARAB BANK ACCOUNTS DETAILS FOR METHOD OF PAYMENT WIDTHRAWAL,

So, what are the other options LearnPress is providing to add ArabBank/similar Palestine banks to integrate.

We have tried almost 15+ different plugins included above along with other like payu etc.

PLEASE HELP!
