[Plugin: Email Post Changes] Features

I would love if this plugin could be used to send an email to members when a new post has been made and include the post inside the email.
It would also be great if this plugin could be integrated with S2Member (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s2member/) so a new post is only emailed to those members that have access to that part of the website.
