set time in cystats

    hi
    i have a problem with cystats plug-in
    i want to set its time to tehran ( +4.5 GMT ) For starting counting at 0:0 o’clock
    but it do that from 2 or 3 hour later
    my wordpress time is +4.5 but seem this plug-in dont use from that

    please help me !
