Tap targets are not sized appropriately

    Hi,
    I’m using the related posts carousel that comes with Kadence theme (free). Google PageSpeed Insights complains that ‘Tap targets are not sized appropriately’ for ‘Go to last slide’, ‘Next’, ‘Go to slide 1’ and so on… How can this be fixed?
