In summary, what I want to do is that everyone on the site can sell their own product and to see who is selling the product on the marketplace. In order to see who is selling, it is necessary to have one of the vendor manager or vendor admin roles. However, users with these roles cannot login to the page.

I want everyone who is a member of my page to be created as a product vendor as well. In summary, I don’t want anyone to fill out a form for the vendor creation process. I want this to happen automatically when they become a member of my page.

It appears there is already a vendor management plugin already installed and set up.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
