    Hi, Payments are failing to process when signing up to a subscription with this PayPal plugin. Vault is activated in PayPal developer settings and I’ve even tested it with guest checkout deactivated too. Initial payment will be on hold and then cancel after a few minutes.

    Here is the error log from woocommerce

    To better judge what could be causing this, we will need some additional information, we will be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files (we will need a complete log file).

    The system report can be accessed here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    You can copy the log files from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

    Hi, I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue.
    It seems payments need to be manually authorized on the paypal website to receive payments. But that will not save the payment method and the subscription status then would need to me manually altered.

    Can you please check my response in the support request form. I provided a video and screenshots of the issue.

    We need to launch soon, your help will be greatly appreciated.

    This case was resolved by the merchant activating Reference Transactions on his account. Marking thread as resolved.
